Handmade Crystalline Glazed Pottery, One-of-a-kind Ceramic Lime Green Pumpkin, Autumn Fall color, Thanksgiving Table Decor.
Thrown on my potter's wheel from porcelain clay, and hand carved and altered.
This Green Crystalline glaze is my own formula that grows large sliver green crystals.
The crystals that grown in the kiln in Crystalline glaze, never grow in the same pattern, or in the same place, on any two pieces.
The crystals are permanent and will not fade over time.
The stem on the pumpkin has rust brown colored spots.
It has 3 feet on the bottom.
The bottom is signed by me.
It stands 4.5" tall x 4.5” wide.
It Weighs 10 oz. (less than a pound).
Kiln fired with Non-toxic, lead-free glaze.

. . . . . . . . . . What's so special about Crystalline Glaze Pottery? . . . . . . .
Well, the crystalline glazing process is a combination of art and science. It requires many extra steps beyond that of typical pottery glazing. Not to mention the failure rate with this type of glazing can be high; however, a successful firing can produce amazing results. Therefore, this whole labor-intensive process is worth all the effort.
Crystalline glazes are formulated special to grow these crystals in the glaze. When all the conditions are perfect, these crystals will grow at about 2000 degrees Fahrenheit. With this type of glaze, no two pieces will ever come out the same, and therefore you can’t ever duplicate any one piece.
To successfully fire Crystalline glazed pottery; you need to attach a foot ring made to fit each piece. Then make a catcher tray to place under each piece. This is to catch the glaze run off during firing, as these glazes are very fluid during the firing process.

Care instructions
All our glazes are food safe, lead and cadmium free.
Dishwasher and microwave safe, unless they get a fracture crack, like all pottery this can expand with moisture and heat.
Crystalline Glazes are durable and the crystals will not fade over time.
We do not recommend storing acidic foods in crystalline glaze pieces.
However, like coffee stains, they can be bleached out.
Packing and Shipping
Please make sure that we are shipping your order to a secure location. We cannot take responsibility for stolen packages.
I pack my pieces in layers of bubble wrap inside a strong box. I take great care to ensure items arrive safely. If it arrives damaged, please contact me right away. I will need photos to submit for insurance.
All orders are shipped via USPS within 1-3 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted.
You will be notified upon purchase of the exact shipping date and will be notified again when the item ships.
If a package fails to reach you in a timely manner, please refer to the shipping notification I sent upon shipment.
Returns and Refunds
I do my best to accurately depict and describe the items in my shop and I ask that you keep in mind that all items are one of a kind, made by hand and by nature have imperfections and variations.
If you are unhappy with the items that you receive, please contact me within 14 business days to arrange for a refund or exchange.
All items must be returned in good condition in original packaging in order to qualify for a refund or exchange. You will be provided with packaging instructions.
Credit will be refunded upon safe receipt of returned items.
Buyer is responsible for damage in transit.
After 14 day grace period, all sales are final.
In the event of a stolen package, refunds will not be provided.
